Anonymous Reporting of Violations
Any employee of JSC Georgian State Electrosystem or interested party - suppliers, business partners, and local residents where Georgian State Electrosystem operates, have the opportunity to immediately report any type of dissatisfaction that may relate to the company's activities. The openness of the information source (disclosure of the reporter's identity) regarding confirmed or suspected misconduct will facilitate conducting a thorough investigation. However, regardless of whether the source is open or confidential, the company commits to conducting an appropriate investigation.
Anonymous reporting of violations is possible through the following channels:

The submitted report will be reviewed according to the procedures established by JSC Georgian State Electrosystem's reporting policy. If you decide to disclose your identity, your involvement will expedite the review of the issue and problem resolution.
The review period for the report is determined based on the content of the application and the complexity/scale of the suspected violation.
