Levan Mtchedeladze was appointed as Director of Legal Affairs at JSC Georgian State Electrosystem in 2025. He has significant experience working in leadership positions within the company. From 2023-2025, he held the position of Head of the Legal Affairs and GNERC Relations Department at JSC Georgian State Electrosystem, and from 2020-2023, he served as Deputy Head of the same department.

During 2013-2020, Levan worked in various important positions in the Parliament of Georgia: he was a Chief Specialist of the Legal Affairs Committee and Representative of the Parliament of Georgia to the Constitutional Court of Georgia; and before that - Leading Specialist of the Committee on Procedural Issues and Rules.

Levan held managerial positions at LEPL Mikheil Tumanishvili Film and Theater Actors' Professional State Theater, serving as the theater's Director and General Manager in different periods.

He also has three years of experience working as a lawyer/consultant at the National Agency of Public Registry. In 2008-2009, he completed an internship at the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Levan graduated from the Law Faculty of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and completed a Master's program in Public Law at Georgian Technical University.

Over the years, Levan has participated in numerous local and international conferences and seminars, both in Europe and the United States. He has participated in the organizational activities of the spring and annual sessions of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. He holds local and international certificates and diplomas in the field of improving legislative techniques and legal development.
