Sophio Kevlishvili

Sophio Kevlishvili was appointed as Director of Administrative Affairs at JSC Georgian State Electrosystem in 2025.
She has significant experience working in managerial positions at GSE. From 2024 to 2025, she was Deputy Head of the Environmental Protection, Social Issues and Permits Department, in 2023 - Head of the Registration Service, and from 2021 to 2023 - Head of the Projects and Permits Service. From 2019-2020, she held the position of Advisor to the Director at LLC Energotrans.
Sophio has extensive experience working in government agencies. Until 2017-2019, she was an Assistant to a Member of Parliament in the Parliament of Georgia. From 2007 to 2014, she held various positions at Tbilisi City Hall.
Sophio graduated from the Faculty of International Economic Relations at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, specializing in Economics and Banking.
She has participated in seminars and trainings within the programs of the United Nations, Tbilisi City Hall, Caucasus Network of Cities and Local Self-Government.
