Levan Otiashvili
Member of the Board of Directors/Director of Finance
Levan Otiashvili was appointed Director of Finance of JSC Georgian State Electrosystem in 2025.
He has many years of experience working in various senior positions and managing the financial operations of organizations.
From 2018 to 2025, he served as Financial Director at the following companies: LLC Sevsamora, JSC Solar Energy Bank, and LLC Pagma.
From 2017 to 2018, he held the position of General Director at LLC Voyage Tour Georgia. From 2015 to 2017, he was Director of LLC Tride Real Estate.
From 2005 to 2015, he worked as Head of the Finance Department for the Georgian and Armenian representations of Sanofi-Aventis Group Representative Office in Georgia.
Levan has graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with a degree in International Economic Relations. He holds a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from the same university.
Levan has completed courses at Caucasus Business School-University, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Academy, and Banking Academy in the areas of financial accounting, financial modeling, and non-performing loan management. He has also completed certified trainings and workshops in Georgia and abroad.
