Mikheil Roinishvili
Member of the Supervisory Board
Mikheil Roinishvili was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of JSC Georgian State Electrosystem in 2024.
Mikheil has many years of management experience in both private and public sectors.
From 2022 to 2024, he served as an advisor to the Director of JSC Georgian State Electrosystem. From 2021 to 2022, he held the position of Deputy Manager of the Southern Network at the same company.
From 2020 to 2021, he held the position of Deputy Director at LLC Energotrans, and from 2016 to 2019, he served as the Compliance Director at JSC Capital Bank.
From 2008 to 2016, he was the Head of LEPL Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia.
Over the years, Mikheil Roinishvili has served as the Head of the Supervision Department at the National Bank of Georgia, Deputy Head of the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia, and Head of the Social Programs Service Department at the People's Bank.
Mikheil Roinishvili graduated from the Faculty of Humanities and Technology at the Georgian Technical University, specializing in Banking. He holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees.
