USAID Mission Representative Awarded GSE Staff with Certificates
Today, USAID Mission representative Nick Higgins and GSE representative Mikheil Zibzibadze awarded certificates to 53 GSE staff members. GSE managers successfully completed Project Management training course, which aimed at strengthening their project planning, management and evaluation skills. Acquired qualification will greatly assist GSE in the implementation of future projects.
Trainings were organized in frames of USAID Human and Institutional Development Project (HICD PLUS). HICD PLUS is implementing large scale project for GSE which aims to improve working process at GSE. Four-year strategic and operational plans and indicators were developed in the framework of the program. HICD PLUS will also assist GSE to improve internal audit and procurement systems in the future as well.
HICD PLUS ists more than 20 companies in their development through different programs.
