Best IT Solution for Business – the Winner
VII annual regional conference on cyber-safety issues and directions for informational technologies development was held on November 6-7 at Sheraton Metekhi Palace organized by Data Exchange Agency, the Legal Entity of Public Law under the Ministry of Justice of Georgia and ICT Business Council. Approximately 400 representatives of more than 20 countries throughout the world, including JSC Georgian State Electrosystem were registered as conference participants. Topics discussed during the conference were cyber-safety issues and directions for informational technologies development, there were held presentations of innovative IT projects developed during the year and participants got acquainted with achievements of other countries in these directions. Gold sponsors of GITI 2014 were Microsoft and HP, as for silver sponsors – Cisco, Orient Logic, Magticom and UGT.
JSC Georgian State Electrosystem became the winner in the nomination for the Best IT Solution for Business.
“We presented the project of SCADA installation in our company. We described the progression of the project and its importance, its development and results that we received after implementation of the mentioned project.” – said Mr. Zurab Beselia, Dispatch and IT Technologies Manager of JSC GSE.
