GSE to Construct Underground Power Transmission Line for Resort Tetnuldi Stable Power Supply

After studying the existing condition it became obvious that it is necessary to construct underground power transmission line in order to ensure stable power supply. 4km reserve cable will connect 110kv substation Ipari to 35kv substation Tetnuldi.

State company Tetnuld Development, which is implementing construction works of the resort Tetnuldi addressed GSE in September 2015 requesting resort power supply enhancement.

GSE owns 3 substations (one 110kv and two 35kv) and 56km power transmission line in Svaneti region.

GSE staff will be working in 24 hour mode in order to ensure the strengthening and enhancement of power supply for the resort before winter season starts.

Project starts in one week and will be finalized in one month.

Project cost equals approximately 250 000 GEL.
