First Large Scale System-Emergency Training Conducted at GSE Training Center

System-emergency training was conducted at GSE Training Center on May 20. This is the first large scale project in Georgia with the participation of GSE operational staff and dispatchers as well as operational staff of Energy Corporation of Georgia, LLC Energotrans, JSC Energo-pro Georgia, JSC Telasi, JSC Khramhesi 1, JCS Khramhesi 2 and LLC Gardabani Thermal Power Plant.

GSE Dispatch Center and operational staff members together with the representatives of other companies successfully eliminated the simulated system emergency (starting over from the zero point).

The purpose of these trainings is to support coordinated work skills among power engineering company staff and to eliminate different types of faults and aims at increasing energy stability and reliability in the Country.

Mentioned project is being implemented in GSE for two years already although with the participation of GSE staff only until now.
