GSE Delegation Visit to Baku
GSE delegation visited the capital of Azerbaijan on July 29. Three party meeting was held there with the participation of representatives of power systems of Georgia, Azerbaijan and Russia. They discussed the mechanisms of electricity flow regulation and technical conditions for creating the power circle Russia-Azerbaijan-Georgia-Russia, which implies parallel operation of power systems of three countries and new opportunities for eliminating emergency situations. Mentioned circle will enable all three countries to emphasize power system stability and safety and minimize the influence of system failures on customers.
Relresentatives of GSE, ESCO, Azerenergy and Russian companies Inter Rao, FSK, ROSSETI participated in negotiations.
