Working Meetings at Georgian State Electrosystem on SCADA System Upgrade Project
Representatives of SIEMENS and staff members of Georgian State Electrosystem held joint working meetings within the framework of the SCADA System Upgrade Project.
The purpose of the working meetings was to discuss functional specifications, network topology and computer hardware configuration, and project timing agreement.
In the light of the growing development of the electric network, the implementation of the SCADA System Upgrade Project is of great importance in terms of measuring, monitoring and remote management of data received from substations, since the upgraded software and hardware devices provide exchange and efficient dispatching of more information in volume.
