Georgian State Electrosystem Has Introduced the WAM System
Georgian State Electrosystem has completed the introduction of the WAM (Work & Assets Management) Project.
GSE is the first energy company among those operating in Georgia to have implemented the system. The aim of the WAM system introduction was to simplify work planning, task assignment, monitoring and execution processes using modern technology; to describe chronologically the works carried out on the main assets; to provide dynamic asset condition monitoring; and thus, to extend the term of operation of assets and improve the work production technologies.
IPS German Company implemented the WAM system, while PWC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) – GSE advisory company - provided the quality control.
