Meetings in the Energy Sector within the Framework of the New Reforms
A three-day seminar was held at the Georgian State Electrosystem within the framework of the EU funded program "Support Georgian State Electrosystem for Implementation of New Reforms in the Energy Sector". The project is implemented by a consortium of companies Elia Grid International and LDK.
The seminar was attended by GSE staff working on connectivity, operational security and system planning. Workshop participants discussed the issues of HVDC connection, methods of planning and implementation of operational methodologies and energy system operation planning principles in relation to the ENTSO-E model.
The main goal of the workshops was to develop the skills of GSE staff by sharing Europe's best practices.
