Meeting on Renewable Energy Integration in Electricity Network

Electrosystem, met with the representatives of Danish solar panel manufacturer
(Racell).
Racell
presented the samples of innovative solar panels and energy efficient building
materials. Company representatives talked about the importance of their
water-floating solar panels. Given the abundance and surface area of the reservoirs,
Georgia has great potential of using them.
Ucha Uchaneishvili introduced to the guests the peculiarities and opportunities of the Georgian electricity system, spoke about the necessity of strengthening international cooperation and the need to join the renewable energy network.
