Regional Working Group Meeting on Electricity Metering
Vakhtang Begiashvili and David Vardiashvili, members of the Management Board of Georgian State Electrosystem, paid a working visit to the head office of Azerbaijan electricity Operator Azerenerji.
Georgian and Azerbaijani counterparts discussed the inter-system electricity transmission lines metering issues, reconciled positions and discussed the mechanisms of modern metering systems on the Azerbaijani-Georgian interconnection transmission lines: Gardabani 330 and Samukh-gardabani 500.
They also talked about specifications of electricity meters and alternative and secure ways of transmitting information, relevant to the Alpha Center owned by Georgian State Electrosystem.
