Belarusian colleagues Visit Georgian State Electrosystem
A joint working meeting of the representatives of the Belenergo, State production association of electric power industry of Belarus and the management of GSE was held at the head office of the Georgian State Electrosystem.
At the meeting, the parties shared their experiences and discussed current projects as well as prospects for future cooperation. Ucha Uchaneishvili, Director General of GSE, briefed his Belarusian colleagues on the projects implemented by the company in recent years, talked about energy market reform, which will significantly increase the competitiveness of Georgia's energy sector.
Technical features of the development and operation of the transmission grid were also discussed at the meeting. Measures of cooperation between the parties were outlined, both in terms of exchange of experience and implementation of joint projects.
