Giorgi Gigineishvili Head of Georgian State Electrosystem
Romeo Mikautadze, Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, introduced Giorgi Gigineishvili, the new head of GSE, at the head office of the Georgian State Electrosystem. He wished success to the new Director General and thanked Ucha Uchaneishvili for his contribution.
George has many years of experience working in the energy sector, including management positions.
At different times he held the positions of director of Shakshahet HPP, Chiora HPP, Chveshura HPP. Under his direct supervision, construction and rehabilitation works of many power transmission lines and substations were carried out.
Giorgi Gigineishvili's qualification, experience and knowledge of energy are important for the development of the energy system.
