KfW Development Bank Mission at Georgian State Electrosystem
Representatives of KfW Development Bank visited Georgian State Electrosystem. Within the framework of the working visit, Rusudan Shamugia, member of GSE's Board of Directors and Director for Project Management Issues, heads of various company departments, and KfW portfolio manager Robert Rosner, together with representatives of consulting company Fichtner and other bank representatives, inspected the construction works of the substation and power transmission line in Ozurgeti. They attended the cable pulling process on one section of the high-voltage power transmission line Zoti-Ozurgeti, and also visited substation Tskaltubo 220, whose expansion project is in the completion phase.
Georgian State Electrosystem is implementing these projects with the financial support of the German Government and KfW Development Bank.
At the conclusion of the KfW Development Bank mission, a summary meeting with delegation members was held at the head office of Georgian State Electrosystem, where they discussed other ongoing projects involving KfW and future prospects for many years of successful cooperation.
