Vano Zardiashvili Convened Meeting with Business Sector Representatives
Vano Zardiashvili, the Director General of Georgian State Electrosystem, held a meeting with representatives of the energy and business sectors regarding ongoing processes, reforms, and future vision at the company.
The meeting was opened by Vano Zardiashvili. Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Inga Pkhaladze, addressed the guests with welcoming remarks. At the meeting, the Director General of Georgian State Electrosystem presented the idea of creating an Advisory Council, which aims to establish closer and more open cooperation between GSE and the private sector. The idea was supported by the event participants, and business sector representatives were elected as members of the Advisory Council, after which a panel discussion was held.
"Our priority is the swift and effective implementation of investment projects aimed at developing Georgia's energy sector. The creation of the Advisory Council serves precisely this purpose, so that processes are conducted openly and transparently, by identifying existing needs and challenges and making appropriate strategic decisions," stated Vano Zardiashvili, Director General of Georgian State Electrosystem."
The meeting was attended by more than 150 representatives from the energy and business sectors.
