Energy Worker's Day
In connection with Energy Worker's Professional Day, a ceremonial event was held on the territory of Engurhesi arch dam.
Georgia's Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze addressed the invited guests with a welcoming speech and emphasized the strategic importance of the energy sector for the country. The professional day was also congratulated to energy workers by the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Mariam Kvrivishvili.
The event was attended by Georgian State Electrosystem Director General Vano Zardiashvili, members of GSE's Board of Directors, and leaders of other energy companies.
At the event, Merab Kvirikashvili, Head of Technical Safety and Inspection Service of Georgian State Electrosystem, was awarded for his exceptional contribution to the development of the energy sector.
