Georgian State Electrosystem and TBEA Shenyang Transformer Group Signed an Agreement
Sulkhan Zumburidze, Chairman of the Management Board of Georgian State Electrosystem, and Sun Yong, Deputy General Director of TBEA Shenyang Transformer Group, one of the largest Chinese manufacturing companies, signed an agreement on the purchase of three auto transformers and three power transformers at the Head Office of Georgian State Electrosystem. The transformers will be installed in the GSE-owned Didube, Gldani and Kutaisi substations.
The Project implementation will meet demand for increased power consumption in the country, increase the network reliability and significantly improve the quality of consumer-supplied power voltage parameters.
The Project is planned to be completed by the end of October 2019.
