Another System Emergency Exercise Conducted in Georgian State Electrosystem
At Georgian State Electrosystem Training Center another joint system emergency exercise was conducted for power companies operating in Georgia.
During the training process, dispatchers (grid operators) and operational personnel of Georgian State Electrosystem, Telasi, Energo-Pro Georgia, Gardabani Thermal Plant, Vartsikhe 2005, Gardabani Thermal Plant-2 and other power companies successfully eliminated simulated system crash.
Emergency exercise is held quarterly at the training center of Georgian State Electrosystem and is aimed at developing the skills of coordinated work and raising the qualifications of the personnel of power organizations.
