Transmission grid connection agreement
The transmission grid connection agreement shall be concluded by and between the applicant, the dispatch licensee and the relevant transmission licensee. The dispatch and transmission licensees shall develop and the GNERC shall approve standard agreement terms and conditions. Under Decision No 17/09 of 10 March 2017 of the GNERC (individual administrative act), standard terms and conditions of the transmission grid connection were approved. The Decision is challenged by administrative proceedings. Accordingly, under Article 29(1) of the Administrative Procedural Code of Georgia, the legal effect of the challenged individual administrative act is suspended.Once the Court makes a decision or the GNERC approves the standard terms and conditions, the relevant information posted on the website will be updated on the basis of the relevant decision.
