This Report presents the findings of the scoping phase of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) of a transmission line project promoted by the Georgian State Electrosystem JSC (GSE) and which is to be funded by the KfW Development Bank (KfW). The Project is part of the GSE Ten Year Network Development Plan. This Component is part of Reinforcement of Transmission Infrastructure in Kakheti - Component D2: Connection to the Stori HPP from Telavi.
