Georgia, for electricity generation, uses only a small portion of its own hydro, wind, and solar energy potential. The country wants to actively participate in the global process of CO2 reduction and accordingly, plans to build several small, medium, and large capacity power plants for the purpose of producing so-called "clean" energy.
